Some of the main areas that we are offering the best value for money include:

Advance Booking Time- Some competitors limit you to as little as one or two hours advance booking. We give you eight hours! You can even take the plane away overnight.

Good Availability- We are limiting the number of shares to 10. This ensures that there is always good availability. 20 share holders on one aircraft or 10 aircraft each with 20 shareholders, the proportions are still the same. That would be 200 people trying to book those 10 aircraft on a sunny weekend!

Great Location- We are a 5 minute drive from Junction 15 M4. The airfield operates all year round with no restrictions apart from a 10am start and 8pm finish on Sundays. The runways at Redlands are superbly maintained and well drained.

Fully Hangared Aircraft- The plane is always kept in a dry hangar on a trolley which can easily be manoevured by one person. This means your aircraft is well protected from the elements and will not get damaged when being taken out or put to bed. This ensures it retains a good market value giving you a greater return on your investment should the aircraft be sold.

Top Specifications- Want a good return should the aircraft be sold? G-CETR has the 100hp not the 80hp engine, roof light panel, strobe, landing light, vertical card compass, Filser ATR 600 panel radio, carbon fibre dash and 65 ltr tank. These are all paid for extras beyond the standard C42.

Realistic Share Depreciation- Most assets loose value over time and a microlight is no different. Therfore that has to be reflected in the value of your share. In our scheme we are offering a realistic and fair rate of depreciation. You will not find at the end of four years your share is zero valued. Nor will your share lose half it's value in the first year. In fact, unless the aircraft is sold, it will be 9 years before your share holds no value! And don't forget that when the aircraft is sold you will always receive your share of the proceeds.

The Contract- We have a professional contract, drawn up by a lawyer, meaning that everybody's interests are protected and there will be no nasty suprises. Clearprop! are offering the shares on a first come first served basis.
